We did not have Colin for very long but he is still a very big part of our lives. Colin was born four months premature. And just like his Dad, he put up a good fight. Colin, Jeff, and I fought together for twenty-two hours.

Colin was just too tired and wanted to go home. As Jeff explained to our daughter, "The Lord had a special job to do and only Colin could do it". Believing in that has lightened our grief.

Every year in our home we buy a Christmas ornament for our daughter. It's a tradition that I started when she was born. Along with her ornament hangs an angel in memory of our sweet son.

I know in my heart he's in a better place.
