In order to clarify the status of dual citizenship and dual citizens within the Kingdom, the following law is hereby enacted:

Citizenship in another micronation is not to be considered a disqualifying factor when a citizenship application is under review.

Dual citizenship shall not prevent or hinder a Cheruskian from election to a Councilorship in the Assembly, nor from appointment as an ambassador.

A dual citizen under consideration for a position as a Minister or as head of a ministry must be approved by a three-fourths vote of the Assembly.
