FHaddad & Kareem 810 are not only the same person, but his on-screen slight
of name must be seen for what it really is, a deliberate attempt to usher
forth sectarian proclivity under the guise of "Ahl al-Sunnat wal-Jama`at." If

more serious matters, such as his Naqshbandi beliefs and its claim to adhere
to the tenets of "Ahl al-Sunnat wal-Jama`at" while disdainfully dismissing
critics as "misguided Wahabi heretics"? Fouad Haddad posts on the Internet
often, always using it as a basis to spread his Naqshabandi beliefs.
In a response to a brother who asked Fouad Haddad direct questions regarding
documented cases of Naqshabandi bid'ah, Haddad, using the name "Kareem810,"
on 95-07-23 15:20:02 EDT, not only refused to answer the questions, but
instead, viciously cursed the brother, (Tariq N@aol.com) as if Tariq were a

Thus the question must be asked: Is deception the Naqshbandiyah Way, and how
valid is their claim about being on the way of the Prophet Muhammad (saaws)
and his companions? The Naqshbandiyah like to claim that their "tariqah"
adheres to the sunnah or way of the Prophet (saaws) and his companions:

A Naqshbandi leader, Muhammad Amin al-Kurdi, the author of "Tanwirul-Qulub," a major Naqshbandi text, writes, "The way of the leaders of the Naqshbandiyah is the belief of Ahlus-sunnah wal Jumaah, and the original way of the Prophet's companions (raah) [The Naqshbandiyah] have neither added to [that way] nor deleted from it." (Quoted from al-Mawahibus-Sarmadiyah fi Manaqibis-Sadatin Naqshbandiyah, pg. 3)
While Muhammad Barsa, one of the prominent companions of Naqshband, writes in his work "Faslul-Khitab", that the path of the "Khawaja" (i.e. Naqshband) is a proof against all other Sufi paths and accepted by all of them as Naqshband traveled "the path of truthfulness, adhering to the sharia and the sunna of the Prophet (saaws) steering clear from all heresies, opposing all whims." (quoted from al Mawahibus-Sarmadiyah, p. 88)
Now let us judge together, the truth of these claims with a single incident that the Naqshbandis proudly relate from the life of the founder of their tariqah, Muhammad Baha'ud-Din Shah Naqshband.
The author of "al-Mawahibus-Sarmadiyah" quotes Naqshband that he said, "I befriended the Darwish Khalil...who later commanded me to serve animals... [I followed his instructions] to such a degree that when a dog came to me on the road, I would stop and not proceed any furthur but let the dog pass first. I continued to act that way for seven years. After the hadrah (i.e. Darwish Khalil) told me '[One day] you will come across a dog which by your servitude to it you will gain a great [spritual] felicity.' I (i.e. Naqshband) sought to avail myself of this blessing. [I continued to seek that blessing] until [one day] I came across a dog and felt a unique spiritual experience. So I stood in front of the dog and began to cry severely. The dog proceeded to turn over on its back and raised its four legs toward the heavens. I heard the dog [pray] with sounds of, moaning and longing. I then humbly raised my hands and I began to [repeatedly] say, 'Ameen' until the dog became silent and turned over." (quoted from al-Mawahibus Sarmadiyah, pp. 118, 119)
I ask you dear reader, is the servitude to dogs, praying to them, seeking their spiritual blessings the way of our beloved Prophet (saaws) and his companions? Or is it the way of madmen who have been deceived by Satan and his soldiers? You judge!
