Associated with Sprota de Senlis and had sons Richard and Ralph D'Ivry. (6) Richard I, "the fearless", 3rd Duke of Normandy, born 933 in Fecamp, France. Died November 20th, 996 in Fecamp. Son of William and Sprota. Married Gunnor de Crepon and had son Richard and daughters Emma and Havoise. Associated with an unknown woman and sired son Godfrey de Brionne. (7) Richard II, "The Good", 4th Duke of Normandy married Judith de Bretagne, born 982. They had a sons Richard III (who was born 1000, and who's illegitimate daughter, Alix, married Randulf de Bayeux) and Robert II, and a daughter, Alice (who married Renaud I, Duke of Burgundy). (8) Robert II, "The Devil", Duke of Normandy, born 1011, died June 22nd, 1035 in Turkey. He associated with his mistress, Herleve of Falaise, and sired a daughter Adeliza and a son William. Robert may have murdered his elder brother, Richard III, on August 6th, 1028 in order to succeed to the Duchy of Normandy. (9) Adeliza of Normandy, born 1027. Daughter of Robert II and Herleve and sister of William the Conquerer. Married Lambert de Boulogne and had daughter Judith.
