Exedore is the oldest of Zentraedi, even older than Dolza and Breetai, his mishapen shape and dwarfish (by Zentraedi standards) is attributed to the fact he was the first experimental Zentraedi clone that lived. However there was no way that Exedore would ever be able to go to battle, instead he become the keepers of the Zentraedi's false history books. These books were made by the Robotech Masters to convince the Zentraedi that they had always been a superior war race, rather than slaves. Because the Zentraedi are intelligence they are capable of feeling a wider range of emotions then they have been programmed for. Namely love. Because of this the Robotech Masters insert a warning in the history books for the Zentraedi's to keep away from any Micronian planet. Exedore speaks of a war which the Zentraedi almost lost because of such contact, and constantly reminds Breetai of it. Exedore is primarily Breetai's advisor and is always at his side during times of battle. Oddly enough Exedore and Breetai appear to be friends even though the Zentraedi's are supposedly not programmed for such emotions. Breetai usually listens to Exedore's warnings or at least considers them first before doing anything. It is Exedore who suggests that the captured Micronian's be taken to Dolza. He is the first to master the human language and become curious of the transmissions of the Miss. Macross Contest. Exedore is at best trepiditious when Khryon is called up by Breetai near Mars, but there's little he can do about, but warn Breetai. Exedore is later Micronised and comes aboard the SDF-1 with offical orders. He is the one who explains to the Gloval, the Colonels, and others the true nature of the Zentraedi's quest to capture the SDF-1 and of the size of the Imperial Fleet. He comes up with the head on attack plan that the micronians and Zentraedi defectors use in the last battle. Throughout the last battle with the Imperial Fleet Exedore is on the bridge of the SDF-1 and later becomes the Zentraedi Offical on the RDF. He is last seen in the Factory Satilite where he is supervising the production of battle podes for the RDF. |
