USING BORDERS

When working with borders as elaborate as this one, a designer must be careful not to overload the page with a lot of graphic images -- especially animations!


Sometimes, it is best to use a part of the border to tie the graphics together and perhaps just use them as images to separate paragraphs.


Can a "Background Border" be used on the "right" side of the web page?   Yes, with a bit of manipulation to the background image and the HTML code!
