Your Humble Narrator....

My name's Rachel Miles and I'm currently a pupil at Portland School. I'm 16 and on my first year of A-level courses. I'm studying Maths, English, Business Studies and General Studies. To provide a full range of courses, Portland teams up with the other two comprehensive schools in Worksop (Valley and Hartland) so although I'm based at Portland, I attend the other schools for some lessons. I'm enjoying the work and I aim to go on to University.
In my spare time, I can be found in our study at home with my CD player blasting music and myself typing furiously on the computer! I have a passion for music, especially British indie and alternative stuff. I like discovering new bands and their music and I have another site dedicated to that. I also like surfing around the internet and have started to get to grips with using HTML.
Another of my passions are Minis, as in the car. If you've forgotten or don't know what one looks like, there's a picture here:

We have a 1989 Racing Flame Mini which we got in the summer of 1998. He's called 'Bob' and is red with a white roof and a couple of spot-lights on the front.
