ENV 102:GLOBAL CHANGE

SPRING 1999

It was a FINE day to take the ENV 102 lab outside. The class did some early spring cleaning and maintanence on the eco-habitat area started by the ENV 101 class in fall 1997. In spite of what it looks like in these pictures, a lot of work and learning was done, from finding out how to differentiate dandelions from thistles to planning a pond for the "inhabitants" to planting sunflowers and dragonflowers for birds and bees, respectively.

The warm sun and a lot of energy from the class really made the time a lot of fun... hoping to prove that science IS fun!
