My Mother

Sharon Hubbard Snell

This photo is of my mother outside her parentīs home in Creston, MT during her high school years.  Personally, I think she is a beautiful and caring woman, with a heart the size of Texas.  She has always treated us with respect and strived to allow us the opportunity to see the world. My biggest fan, she makes me feel like Iīm worth a million. Her interests include reading, working on the computer, (unfortunately) accounting, and since my sisterīs death she has become quite the statesman.  Visit her webpages, and the proposal she and I have put together at FarmFamily

My Father

Robert "Bob" Snell

My dad is another amazing person.  The photo to the right was taken during his year in Vietnam.  He is a potato farmer, here in the Flathead Valley, and I believe one of the best.  He works harder and longer than any person I have ever met.  In fact, if you have ever seen the movie The River, the farmer reminds me a lot of my dad.

I canīt thank him enough for giving me the opportunity to be raised on some beautiful acreage in MT, to be taught the ideals of hardwork and being neighborly.  I owe much of what I am today, to what Iīve seen in my father.

My Brother

My Sister

Tiffany Ann "Tuffy" Snell

It almost makes me cry just to write this.  This is my sister Tiffany, sitting in front of the truck I passed on to her after high school.  She was, and continues to be, the most beautiful angel I ever met.  She was struck and killed by a drunk driver on Oct. 5th, 1996, barely a week before her 16th birthday.

At 15, Tiffany had accomplished more than many dream.  She was pursuing a modeling career, and had just competed in the Miss Junior West Coast Competition in Orange, CA.  She loved people, she loved to socialize, and she was the red-haired Tazmanian devil of our family.  We could never keep up with her.  Looking back on it, I am so glad she was all those things, because in 15 years, she had experienced and lived things I have still to learn.  I am glad she had the opportunity.

Although I miss her more than words can say.  I imagine Tiffany now experiences peace and love like none imagined here on earth.  If she can hear me...Tiffany I love you.

Visit her memorial.

Jacob "Jake" Snell

This is my little brother, Jake, who hates to have his photo taken.  Heīs probably 8 years younger in this photo, putting him at about...hmmm...8.

Heīs a whiz, by far the brains of the family.  Heīll wake me up at 2am just to give me some theory about the sun, the speed of light, and yada yada...even with my degree I canīt keep up.  Heīs headed to college next year (at just barely 17!!) and thinking about studying computer science.

He loves the outdoors and my dog, Modoc.  I love it when he comes to stay with me...and would keep him around if I could.  (Especially with the handy work...heīs picked up a lot of the know how from my dad.)  Jake messes around ICQ under the name Carjack (one of his closest friendīs name is Carson; Carson & Jacob, i.e. Carjack)
