The Human Resources Department exists to make AJMA the ultimate member and people-oriented organization in the Ateneo.  The Human Resources Department is the medium, which the administrative bodies of AJMA utilize to reach out to its numerous members through member empowerment.  It is the biggest department in AJMA and can be characterized by words vibrant, dynamic, and gregarious.
