mother came rushin, cold like siberian, defeatin the simplistic delerium, she cried tonight, by my bedside the eyes drowing in tears from the lies, she brought me from embryo to rebel4ce on stereo, no monochromatic visions, she's pure precision incredible, one life, one love tested, and battled, fights, miscues, but remained unrattled. CINGULAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOW.. none of this accounts for an extended period of inconsistent service.
hey people.. if you have a cingular wireless cell phone.. please go to their website and complain. this system busy nonsense is unacceptable for consumers and customers as well as dangerous. SOME people use cell phones as a safety service.. if they can not call out or receive calls, why the hell are they paying for service? this is what I sent them. --start-- I was wondering if this would be a form of a breach of contract because you are not delivering service that we can use. Suppose we were in emergency situations and we couldn't call out without having to retry calling 5-20 times (or more.) I ask if there is a breach of contract because I just renewed my services with you and I think it is unfair for me to have to pay each month for another year for service that is not even consistently usable. I could understand if it happened occassionally, once or twice a month, but not every day and every night. I like your service benefits and would like to stay with you, but I feel that I would be better off with another company with lesser benefits, just because they have a system that can actually handle all of their customers usage. I have been a customer of Pacific Bell Wireless/ Cingular for over a year. I have never felt the need to complain despite past problems. This current "System Busy" problem is too large to ignore. I am paying for service I am not getting. Do you expect me to stay in a year long contract when I'm paying for something you are supposed to deliver but just aren't? Thank you for your time. A response will be greatly appreciated, as many of your customers feel the same way. Tuesday, May 22, 2001
