Unless the team of Beit-Shean finally finds money to get a certificate for its "normal" team and not the young one, the results will be disastrous - the coach Avraham Abukarat will leave, and there will be no sportive value for the team games, not even talking about its place. All this doesn't nullify the decent victory of Hapoel Jerusalem; its 3 foreigners, especially the Albanian National forward Victor Pacha, can bring the team lots of points.

Maccabee Yaffa - HAPOEL TSAFRIRIM HOLON 0:3 (0:1).

Holon, for the first time in its history, starts the season with 6 points out of 6 possible; the two goals of Oren Flash after the penetrations were really beautiful. As for Yaffa, it sucks. The only two light-blue points there are the Georgian National keeper Irakliy Zoidze and the veteran Nissim Cohen, playing in the National League even at the age of 43.5 (!).

Beitar Jerusalem - Hapoel Rishon le-Zion 2:2 (1:1).

What had to be a relaxation trip after a wonderful victory over Benfica, nearly became a nightmare for Beitar and its fans. Rishon made a comeback, and the young Yaniv Mizrahi in its net was making miracles, including a great dive for Offer Shitrit's penalty. However, a breathtaking shot of Yossi Abuksis from 30 metres during the injury time left even Mizrahi helpless. 2:2.

HAPOEL KEFAR-SABA - Maccabee Ironi Ashdod 1:0 (1:0).

A very bad timing of Akakiy Devadze enabled the Romanian forward Adrian Ungur to head the ball in, with yet an hour to go. For the rest of the time, it was Sagi Strauss, "The Man Of The Week", to keep the score intact for the hosts.

Maccabee Tel-Aviv - MACCABEE PETAKH-TIKWA 0:3 (0:2).

Maccabee Tel-Aviv - another disappointing season? It may be so, but Maccabee Petakh-Tikwa showed some extraordinary moves - the multimove of Bransi - Tal - Itzhak (1:0) and of Bransi - Itzhak - Bransi (55). Still, only the continuation of the season can show us anything definite about the trends in both cases. The National keeper Rafi Cohen wasn't to blame for the goals he conceded, for a change.

HAPOEL PETAKH-TIKWA - Hapoel Tel-Aviv 2:0 (1:0).

After the stupid red card for Moti Ohayon (2 yellow cards), Hapoel Tel-Aviv just stopped playing, and it became just a question of margin then. Reuven Attar (welcome back to the fields), Gabor Marton, Walid Badir and Ilie Stan made a great midline; on the other side, it was Shavit Elimelekh in a great day to stop the double effort of Hassan, the penetration of Marton and several other chances of the hosts. Moti Kakun indeed scored twice and was "The Best On The Pitch", but we'll mostly remember the other moment - his shot (35) in a turn to the right corner, after a preparation of Attar, and an once-in-a-lifetime flying dive of Shavit Elimelekh to deflect the ball to a corner, a probable "Save Of The Season".

Bnei-Yehuda Tel-Aviv - MACCABEE HERZLIYA 0:1 (0:0).

Just 3 moments worth mentioning happened in this otherwise extremely dull game. It was a great save of Shaul Smadja from a penalty of Vassili Ivanov, as Niederhaus sent Dantziger forward with a great pass, and the latter was kicked down inside the box by Avi Fletcher; and it was a cool winning shot of the same Ivanov from 16 meters with just minutes to go. In between, it was an awful miss of Aharon Siton (75). Shuli Gilardi, Herzliya's keeper, celebrated well his 34th birthday, after a sweet victory.
