Wouldn't you pay to see this match? Even today the Bulldog impresses me alot. He is great. He has the best vertical suplex in the sport. (Maybe if he hooked the leg while doing it, he'd have the best Perfect-Plex too!) Anyhow, this match did happen, but it was a screwjob finish, so I'll analyze it anyway: They're both technically sound. I see the bulldog as one of the only wrestlers who has it all: He's huge, he's smart, experienced, and technically sound, and he's related to the Harts.. :) Perfect is all that exept for the strength part. Perfect would want to keep away from strength holds in this match, and stick with the technical stuff. That may not work, though, as we all remember when the bulldog outsmarted the Hitman back at Summerslam 1992. That is the hardest thing to do in wrestling today (technically beat Bret Hart) well, Davey Boy's done it, so he can get the job done against Perfect. The only thing is.. Perfect isn't afraid to brawl. Perfect could try a plan to lure the Bulldog into a fist fight, and when the bulldog's really into it, Perfect can switch gears and pull out the technical tricks. I've sen it happen and it works. Perfect can beat the bulldog and the buldog can beat perfect. One thing I would totally stay away from is getting the bulldog "stupidly" mad by taunting him. Getting him mad by out-wrestling him is good, but not by calling him names, like Perfect usually does. This match could be / would have been a great crowdbringer.
