How this site was built
This site was originally built by Dawn Heikkila with ye ole HTML in Notepad. It was re-designed by Theatre Girl, also with HTML in Notepad. The design is of her own inspired invention, please don't use it on your site. All front page graphics, frames graphics, and interior graphics were designed by Theatre Girl in Adobe Photoshop, on a PowerPC Macintosh. Most interior graphics (on the "etc" page, the "listen" page, the "brigade" page, the "tape trades" page, etc.) were created by scanning various objects and toying around with them. Please don't use any of these either.
The "back" buttons, old fan cards, and webring graphics were designed by Dawn Heikkila in Windows Paint.
All Javascripts were borrowed from Javascript source sites.
The sound bites were created by Dawn in Wave Editor, using a mini tape recorder and an ordinary microphone. If you ask, you might be allowed to use one of them.
The original scans were scanned in with a UMAX SuperVista S-12 scanner into Adobe Photoshop. Please don't just post them on your site; ask first.
The site is designed with 800x600 or higher (preferably higher) screen resolutions in mind, and tends to look better on Netscape browsers, although it looks fine on Explorer too.
Anything forgotten at the time of this writing is just as important but slipping the mind of the author at the moment. :)
