Through the years in Sweden i can say that the job Lidstrom did in vasteras hockeyteam was awesome and now when i writing this, it is a few days left for me to see him in the red wings jersey playing in Reunion arena against Stars and that is a thing i have wanted for a long , long time and i can say that i am really excited i have been a red wings fan since late 80s , so lets hope that the cup is gonna go back to hockeytown year 2000 , thumbs up for no 5 also known as Nicklas Lidstrom .............. I am writing for my 5 year old son Nicholas, who Loves "Nicky" Lidstrom, my son plays hockey, and he always trys to immitate Lidstrom when he plays. I am glad he has someone like Nicklas Lidstrom to look up to! Go Wings!!!!

This site is great. I love Lidstrom and am extremely happy to think he's gonna be staying here for at least another year. Thank you Sweden for giving, or should I say, lending us Nick! What an awesome player and person he is. When he retires, I'll be orry to see him go home. I worried that he wasn't even gonna consider staying in Detroit but it looks like now he is. Whew! He should have won the Norris Trophy the last 2 years. As far as I'm concerned, he was robbed. Sweden, friends for life.
