Forest City 126 vs New Age 199(W)

You've heard this story before. Injuries kill a team. Forest City hurt by the absenses of Ron Mercer and Sam Cassell had to bring Alan Henderson and Larry Hughes to the starting spots. Henderson did a serviceable job, while Hughes did not. Kobe Bryant took a commanding lead of Hughes, in a 26 to 5 advantage for Kobe. The two bench players moving up to start left a big hole in the bench. No one on Forest City's bench gathered more then 10 points. That futile output sealed the deal for Forest City. Theo Ratliff paced New Age with 32, who got 3 performences of 30 or more points.

Chi-Town 209(W) vs Oakland 130

Oakland gives up big time performences and it deemed costly. Chi-Town got 54 from Chris Webber who took advantage of the struggling Jayson Williams, while Ewing lit up Olajuwon for the tune of 41 just a game after he was torched by Shaq. Oakland and Chi-Town bucking the trend and had serviceable benches, but Chi-Town had great starters while Oakland didn't. Latrell Sprewell got bood numerous times in his home arena months after chocking GM Jon at a charity event. Latrell struggled for the tune of 8 points.

Pennsylvania 168(W) vs Atlanta 149

Only one player came to play tonight in this game. Luckily for Pennsylvania it was Shaq. Shaq had a great game against Derrick Coleman, Coleman had a serviceable game against Shaq. But Shaq's 24 point advantage over Coleman prooved to be the difference.

Harlem 151 vs Vermont 213(W)

Vermont's starting lineup in this game was awesome. Matter of fact 7 of Vermont's 9 players were awesome. And one was solid. Harlem on the other hand had only 3 people who really came to play. Karl Malone amidst trade rumors put up a stellar game trying to make Harlem look respectable.

Michigan 152 vs SW 187(W)

Both teams had solid bench outbursts, while both teams also had two starters stink up the joint. The center matchup was disgusting with Ike Austin versus Bison Dele. Mitch Richmond went off against Eddie Jones. Donyell Marshall might be playing himself out of a job.

Maine 170 vs Endor 228(W)

Don't even need to say it. Maine having to bring up Byron Russell to start left the bench depleated. Maine had a great showing by the starters. But Endor's lineup was to stacked on this day. A good game to build on for both teams. The best matchup was by far David Robinson against Tim Duncan. David walked out with a 1 point advantage.

Edmonton 162 vs Jersey 220(W)

Jersey came out with a vengence tonight. Edmonton slowly trying to build themselves up to respectability had a great showing from John Starks off the bench. But Jersey's starters were just to good on this night. Tom Gugliotta and Raef Lafrentz won the forward battle over Scottie Pippen and Rasheed Wallace to the tune of 78 to 27. Ouch.

Vancouver 107 vs Calgary 112(W)

Featured Game

In what may of been the ugliest game of the year. Calgary pulled out the win
with the home crowd behind them. Neither teams bench could amount to much, Dennis
Scott didn't score a point, and worse then that for Calgary David was more harm then
good throwing the ball to Vancouver twice in the game. Both teams benchs were dismal,
Doug Christie and Reggie Miller paced Calgary, while Pat Garrity did better then 4
starters in the ball game, if Garrity didn't play great Vancouver might of squeked out
the win. Stellar free throw shooter Chris Mullin, missed a key free throw in the
first part of a 1-1 that would of tied the game at 108. Vancouver got the board and
passed the ball down court for a jam for Garrity. Vancouver's rookie grabbed the ball
for the inbounds pass, but was stolen by Doug Christie, who was fouled and hit the
two free throws for the final margin. Again a disapointing game that was dubbed
the game of the night.
