Ground Hire

             The ground and all the associated facilities can be hired out, during any time of the year. With many improvements made to the track, ground and facilities over the past few years, Hagenauers Reserve at Box Hill has become one of the best track and field facilities in the state, and a more than suitable alternative to Olympic Park. At present many schools use the track for training and competition throughout the year.
        The complex now boasts the following facilities:-
1. Eight lane polyurethane track, fully marked in accordance with IAAF requirements for all running, relay and hurdle events.
2. Rekortan runups for
   - long jump and triple jump
   - pole vault
3. Polyurethane runups for
   - javelin
   - high jump - with uprights, bars and porta pit landing bags for two concurrent competitions
4. Two concrete shot putt rings with an all weather shot impact arena.
5. Concrete discus and hammer throw rings in IAAF approved safety cages.
6. Adjustable height hurdles for ten flights in eight lanes.
7. Public address system.
8. Canteen facilities.
9. Under cover grandstand.
10. Ample bus and car parking.
11. Floodlights suitable for competition use.

The peak times of the year are from September through to April, if you wish to make a booking during these times it is best to get in early. The ground can accomodate any competitions or events ranging from the very small to large interschool competitions.
