Aces Dominate The South
Don't ask me what it is, I don't know.
Is the North Division that much stronger then the South?
Three of top four teams in the league
are in the North Division, those teams being Tacoma,
Anchorage, and Colorado in the North, and Fresno in the
        South.
The Aces this year have gone 3-4-0
against their North Division opponents this year, not
very impressive. They lost to Tacoma in Tacoma, have
split four games with Colorado, and two games with Idaho.
        However, against South Division
opponents, the Aces are a whopping 7-1 against them, the
one loss coming against Tucson up here in Anchorage. It
was a controversial game with MANY questionable calls
that may have cost the Aces a better chance to win that
        game.
However, don't count the South out yet.
The San Diego Gulls have had injury problems, and should
return to the Taylor Cup Champion team that they are.
Phoenix opened their first 13 games on the road so you
figure their record will get better.
And some North Division teams should
decline. Colorado has had a fairly easy schedule, and are
not as good as their record indicates. Tacoma can't go
        15-1-2 forever, either.
Whatever happens, my bet is the Taylor
Cup Champ is coming out of the North this year, whether
it's Anchorage or Tacoma remains to be seen.
