1972 Olympic 4x400 Meter Relay Silver Medalist
Pascoe made his first Olympic Team in 1968, finishing fourth in his heat of the 110 meter hurdles. He first came to prominence in 1969, earning a bronze medal at the 110 meter hurdles at the European Championships. Two years later he won the silver medal in the same event. At the 1972 Olympics, Pascoe was a member of the british team that won a silver medal at the Olympic Game, he had finished seventh in the 110 meter hurdles semifinals. In 1974, he won gold medals in the 400 meter hurdles and the 4x400 meter relay at the European Championships. Also in 1974, Pascoe was the Commonwealth Games champion in the 400 meter hurdles and he took a silver medal in the 4x400 meter relay. Pascoe was suffering with injury at the 1976 Olympic, and finished last in the final of the 400 meter hurdles, and the British 4x400 relay team was disqualified in the heats. Pascoe also earned a bronze medal in the 400 meter hurdles at the 1978 Commonwealth Games.
