Clark Takes Roto League After Controversial Season

Meetings in December a must for Roto League

(Lake Jackson)

Clark Meyer won the roto league championsip in his rookie season.
However, many roto experts believe the way he won was through some loop holes in the rules.  After a large multi-player

trade in which Wes Meyer traded all of his good players for the fat of C. Meyer's team.
Next year W. Meyer will receive 10 draft picks from C. Meyer.
Ramsey  finished second followed by Ken, Newk, Wes, and Kevin.

(Lake Jackson)
With the rules in need of amending, the members of the roto league have decided that there needs to be meetings in December.
The exact date isn't set for the meeting, but it will

be decided soon.

Sounds likeSour Grapes for roto leaguers

Turkey Bowl Continues Onward

The turkey bowl tradition was carried on for another year. Ramsey, Wes, and Clark's team went on to victory as the Mexican Hero, Doug Franks, ran much like his mentor running back Marion Butts, nowhere. The scum team of Franks, Reichert and other scum went home losers.

Maybe now that the hero is all but a legend, the trash talking may cease, but who knows.

Ramsey Wright said that he had many solo tackles on the former hero.

Reports also said that Miles all but gave up during the turkey bowl because he was tired. Despite his giving up early in the game, Wright said it was a good turkey bowl. There were 8 on 8 teams, I guess they included Miles in the count.

Four out Five Stars isn't bad

Nacogdoches
Ramsey Wright's Texas Football portion of his web page received four out five stars from a repoter for the Ft. Worth Star Telegram.

The only other web page to receive four stars was Dave Campbell's Texas High School Football.
The article pointed out that he went to a high school game a week to report what happened along with the stats.
Wright also posts his own top

ten.
His poll can be viewed weekly on his Texas High School Page. There is a link to his page on this page.
Wright also keeps up with some of the top prospects in the state and tries to go to the most interesting games in the area.
It also has many links to high school, newspaper, and other texas high school homepages.
