WE PLAY AN OUTDOOR VERSION OF BADMINTON WITH SOME DIFFERENT RULES. WE SERVE FROM THE BACKLINE AND SERVE TO ANYPLACE IN OPPOSITE COURT. After I read Daron's comments from Guest Book, I found we are in the same situation. The store I deal with is NOVA SPORTS. ^^^^^^^^^^^^ I ordered two Rackets from NOVA SPORTS during CONNECTICUT Open in Nov. 1999. I am still trying to contact NOVA SPORTS for my two Rackets and in the moddle of nowhere. They have over $250 of my money for more than 5 weeks, and I have nothing from them. I had tried several phone calls , left voice messages, sending e-mail, and fax m query, I never get any response from NOVA SPORTS. Anyone has idea what happen to this sport shop? Any advice would be appreciated. By the way, in compare to NOVA SPORTS, SAN DIEGO BADMINTON SUPPLY has better service response.

I think your site looks very crisp and is easy to get around. I saw valueamerica on your list of preferred stores, though, so i wnated to tell you about the absolute *hell* they have been putting me through for over 6 weeks. Be warned...DON'T BUY FROM VAL EAMERICA.COM! I am still in the midst of a customer service nightmare with them, and they have had over $400 of my money for 6 weeks, without me ever getting anything for it. I ordered a computer from their website back on September 6. After checking on t eir website during the next week and finding that the order hadn't even been processed, I started calling the company, spending up to a half hour at a time on hold only to hear some lackey tell me that he didn't know why it hadn't shipped and the supervis r would sure call me right back that day. I never once got a call back from *anyone*, ever. There were also many times I called to find that the line was busy and I couldn't even get through to hold, and the website was down more often than not. Finally, n the 17th of September, I spoke to a supervisor named "Bob" (his extension is 7296) who told me he didn't have the power to cancel my order right then (obviously a really technical process) but he swore he would call me back Monday and tell me what was u . Ha. So, Monday late afternoon I called Bob and leave a message on his voicemail telling him to cancel the order, and for good measure, I call email customer service and tell them the same thing. Nothing, nothing, nada. I try to get through a few more ti es, it doesn't happen. Finally, on Monday, October 4, 2 weeks after I canceled the order, UPS arrives with my computer. Yeah, right. So I refuse shipment and yep, 10 days later it still apparently hasn't made it back, even though everything was in the sam state. So, I get to be on hold 3 separate times and the perky woman says oh, I guess we didn't put the tracking code in the computer, oops. But we promise, within 24 hours we will credit your credit card. Uh huh. Why don't I believe them anymore? p.s. It's been over 24 hours and they haven't refunded my money yet, either.

He used to play in New York City and was a A si gl s finalist/winner in most of the East Coast badminton tourneys in the late 80's.
