Tartu Pereraadio is the license owner for this frequency (originally 612 kHz) and is conducting the relay for testing a 50kW HARRIS transmitter which they have installed at their new transmitting center near Tartu. . Pereraadio will
provide Russian language religious programmes on 1035 kHz around the clock, regular broadcasts are expected to start in about a month. The power will be 100 kW.
