The Cup is made up of the Bay One teams and the top 5 teams in Bay Two. The remainder of the teams have gone into the Bowl competition. These are knock out competitions.

Rules
Left hand team is the home side
Bay 2 positions will be taken as end of June.
Squads to be a maximum of 16 players - all do not have to be named on the first team card - as long as any one team does not use more than 16 players for the competition.
A player can only play in either the Tasman Cup or Tasman Bowl - not both.
Each game must have a result - extra time and penalties as per FIFA rules to apply if needed.
A player cannot have played in a National, Northern or Federation league game no more than twice in the month preceding his name appearing on a Tasman Cup or Tasman Bowl team card.
