This is my prediction for the current season. Initially, it was different with Chelsea being in 4nd place and Liverpool in 3rd place(though I have yet to see Liverpool field it's new team). But they seem to be getting the results they want in the pre-season games which is great! But how they would perform in the league games is another matter. I'm hoping for the best!

Arsenal's the same team as before. Anelka's leaving...that's a minor disadvantage. They probably won't win it this time. Then again they've got Kanu. The plus point for them is their predictable goalkeeper and their unpredictable midfielders (please note that unpredictable does not mean inconsistency).

Manchester have not made a single buy. Only one new player for them and that's the goalie. Basically the same players.....probably keane might leave...if he does, would cause a slight dent. One more thing, they'll be playing more games, will probably be jadded.....that explains why i think they probably might not win. And hey it's the millineum, the last thing i wanna see is them winning the league title and cups etc.
Chelsea with the ability to field a whole team of foreign players. And the only 2 Englishman likely to make the Chelsea team is Dennis Wise and Graeme Le Saux. Chelsea need to get their act together and play as a team rather then as individual stars from around the globe.

Leeds...full of youngests, with zest and energy to go all out to win something. Another good contender.
Newcastle has slumed terribly last season. If Gullit doesn't produce results this year or getting into the top 5-8 positions, he'll probably be packing his bag and making his way back to Holland. Somehow, Shearer is not what he used to be for Blackburn. Sometimes strikers do have off days right? (Not!)
