We establish that the first circle is to focus space, so that where we are becomes every where. The circle will now become the microcosm of space. We establish that the second circle is to focus time. We have now made the past, present, and future into an Eternal Present. We establish that the third circle is to focus Shadow and Light into one flame. Now the Universe is a Singularity once more.
Before the rite is Gathered, a member of the fellowship may set some marker for the circle. This is simply a staging guide, and needs no special act or chant.
By this time the priests are at the boundary of the circle, ambulating beyond the living wall. They ought to stay at opposite ends of the circle to show the ends of the One pole that they are.
When the Priestess reaches the circle boundary, the Priests will establish the Circle. The Priests will take the tools they have used to cleanse the temple and hold it out, so that the point of the Athamé or the top of the phallus is pointing to the Earth. When the Quarter Masters have found their place, they will take it. This will fully establish the physical structure of the Living Temple. The Priests will chant together:
Thrice a circle do we weave,
Establishing now this Kiva.
Now do we see this Magic diva.
Into this world have we been risen,
Happy are we to be there.
A moment away from time, from space.
Out of the world this place, this time is.
Touched on the world immortal.
