A Hedgehog Story.

Last night I went down to the back haybarn and Molly the dog found a hedgehog in the hay. Molly barked and got excited.

I went home to get a cardboard box to put the hedgehog in.

I got a stick and rolled the hedgehog into the box.

Molly was trying to bite the hedgehog.

I carried the box back home and we put hay and grass in it for the hedgehog.

When I got back home I told Mum. We got slugs and snails from the garden for the hedgehog to eat. In the morning we took the hedgehog to school.

Room Five got really excited to see the hedgehog.

We kept it for two days and then ........
