How To Qualify:
To submit your banner to the Eureka Banner Exchange your page must meet the following criteria and qualifications:
Be posted in one of Eureka's neighborhoods.
Your page topic should include information regarding your home-based or small business venture, useful hints and tips for your industry, or describe an industry, product, or service.
Must comply to guidelines and be free of all hate, pornography, hacking, and commercial content. Only banners approved by GeoCities are permitted.
What About The Banner?:
You need to create, or have created for you, a banner that is 468 x 60 in GIF format. You can have animated banners, or ones that just graphically dazzle, unlike other banner exchanges we can permit larger file sizes... but please keep your file size reasonable for loading reasons!
Create your banner and store it to your file manager.
Steps:
Submit your URL and the banner URL
Give a brief description of your page
include your page title and email
That's all there is to it... and if you can't create your own banner, the submission form does include a check box to indicate you need a banner created for you by one of our graphics team.

Remember we need the complete URL path for the actual banner in order for our banner server to read it. If you wish to upgrade your banner, please place your upgrade in the same path and give it the same file name - if we can not load your banner you will be removed from the exchange and will need to reapply.
Remember to click the radio box at the bottom of the form if you require a banner be made for your page.
