When I wasn't diving, I was interacting with the local fauna. What a diverse assortment of animals! Even though the islands are just a few miles from each other, the differences in related groups was amazing. The theory goes that the animals adapted to unique island conditions over the course of generations. Natural selection at work... sort of like when a diver does stupid things at depth!
