Pear Face Shape

This cut has heavy but wispy bangs which conceals the forehead.

Thick hair is layered into wisps all over, so the bangs don't seem any heavier than the rest of the hair.

The pear shaped face is smaller on top and wider at the bottom. To create the illusion of an oval, all that's required is a cut that conceals the forehead. Avoid a lot of height on top, which will draw the eye up and make the chin look too narrow. Instead add layers that can be styled with width.

Don't- Super-long, straight locks are a definite no-no when it comes to a pear shaped face. If you have pretty, striking features that you like to show off, don't hide behind long hair. Tight, curly tendrils and full wedge cuts are also discouraged when it comes to getting a bang from your look.
