Straight Hair

Any cut with a sleek surface shows off straight hair in it's best light, but when the cut is mid-length to short, the smooth surface can really shine.

One ideal choice for straight hair is the bob, graduated at the bottom to add a textural feeling to an otherwise un-textured look. Color highlighting enhance the effect, as do a few long layers. Layers work best for adding volume to straight hair when the cut is somewhat short or combines a short bottom with a longer top. |
