Critical - His critical is horrendous. Kent may even have a better one.
Speed - He starts slower, but he gets some nice speed gains. Too bad he still sucks.
Dodge - While he seems to be thin, he apparently enjoys being hit repeatedly by enemies.
Rating: 5/10. He isn't too sucky if you go by the psychology that he should be in the back and not taking any hits to begin with, but there are way too many characters that are better then him. And in Hard Mode, wasting character slots is not something you can do. If you have an image of him, please e-mail me with it.
