Sylvan R. "Amos" Predmore

                 Sylvan R. "Amos" Prdmore, 47, of 518 south twelfth, a salesman for J&R Auto Supply Store, became ill suddenly Monday morning and died at 11:25 about half an hour after being admitted to St. Mary's Hospital.
                 Mr. Predmore was born in Barry, April 3, 1917, a son of Raymond and Grace Triplett Predmore.  He moved to Indianapolis IN in 1948 and returned here four years ago.  He has been employed by J&R for three years and before that worked for Peerless Pump Company.  He attended Salem Evangelical Church and was a member of the Veters of Foreign Wars and American Legion.  During WWII he served in the Army.  He was married in Indianapolis, IN Nov 1, 1959, to mrs. Donna Harson.
                 Surviving are the widow; two sons by a previous marriage, Pfc. Kenneth E Predmore at an Army Missle Base in Norfolk, Va and Harry Ray of Tampa Florid; a step-daughter Terry Lee Harson of Quincy; a brother, Lyndell C. of quincy; a sister, Mrs. George (Maxine) Leonard of Quincy and three grandchildren.
