Beef Stroganov

Take slices of beef and pound thin. Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the beef until lightly browned on both sides. Then transfer to a separate pot. In the same drippings, saute the mushrooms util the steam stops and they are nice and golden brown. Add the second portion of butter to the skillet and saute the onions until tender and slightly browned. Combine all, stir in sour cream, blend with the flour. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with the salt and pepper. Sprinkle with a bit of fresh chopped dill just before serving. This may be served over egg noodles.
