        Cinnamon Hazelnut Pralines

        2 cups sugar
        1 cup International Delight Hazelnut creamer
        3/4 cup butter
        1 tsp baking soda
        1 tsp almond extract
        2 cup chopped hazelnuts

        1. Heat sugar, butter, creamer, and baking soda in a saucepan. 2. Stir frequently until it reaches a soft boil. 3. Remove from heat, add extract and nuts. 4. Drop spoon sized amounts on waxed paper, let set. 5. Store in an airtight container. till set.
