        Double Chocolate Cream Pie

        Spread 1/4 pkg. chocolate chips on the bottom of one baked pie shell. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine:
        2 egg yolks
        1 small pkg cook and serve chocolate pudding
        1/2 c. sugar
        1/2 tsp. Almond extract
        1/4 c. water
        Mix until smooth. Add 2 more cups water and bring to a boil (about one minute over medium heat, stirring constantly). Pour over chocolate chips. Chill until set. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
