        Chocolate Eclair Cake

        2 (3oz) instant french vanilla pudding
        3-1/2 c. cold milk
        1 (9oz) container Cool Whip
        1 box graham crackers



        Mix milk and pudding slightly. Add Cool Whip. Lightly grease 9x11 cake pan. Line bottom with graham crackers. Add 1/2 of pudding mixture. Then 2 more layers of crackers and pudding mixture. End with graham crackers.
        Top with chocolate frosting.

        Mom's Chocolate Frosting

        2 squares unsweetened chocolate
        1 tsp. vanilla
        1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
        3-7 tbsp. warm milk


        Melt chocolate over low heat. Add warm milk. Add sugar and vanilla quickly with mixer. Spread over top layer of graham crackers. Chill overnight.
        Keep refrigerated. Serve cold.
