        2 lbs ground chuck.
        1 cup sour cream.
        strong coffee.

        Roll meat into nice size round balls. Brown meat in a little shorting. Remove meat , add flour to make a good bit of gravy. Brown flour , then add enough strong coffee to make a nice thick gravy. Then add 1 carton of sour cream . Stir well. Add the meat balls and simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
        Be sure to put the lid over your pan while the meat is cooking
