        Glorius Chicken Salad

        Cook and chill 1-1/2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken. Add 1 very tart apple cut into small pieces. 2 tbs sweet relish, 3 stalks of celery cut into snall pieces. 1 Tbs Videlia Onion, relish, salt to taste, 1 tsp poultry seasoning. A dash of paprika, just enough mayonaise to hold it together. Chill and serve on lettuce. (When I cook my chicken I put a few bay leaves and some salt in the water)
