        8-10 CUBED STEAKS
        2 CANS STEWED TOMATOES
        1 LG PKG MOZZARELLA CHEESE
        SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

        BOIL CUBED STEAKS IN 1 1/2C. WATER UNTIL TENDER (ABOUT 15 MIN) WHEN STEAKS ARE TENDER, DRAIN OFF LIQUID ADD 2 CANS STEWED TOMATOES BRING TO A BOIL, ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER 10 MINUTES. SPRINKLE CHEESE OVER THE TOP OF ENTIRE DISH, COVER AND HEAT ON LOW FOR 5 MINUTES. MESSY BUT GREAT!!!!! I SERVE WITH MASHED POTATOES (use sauce on top) AND A GREEN VEGETABLE.
