        Jack Pasta

        1 chicken
        bag of spiral, colored pasta
        1 lb jack cheese
        can of black olives
        bag of cello spinach
        few celery stalks
        onion

        Boil chicken and take off the bone, reserve broth. Cook pasta according to package directions. In the broth make a cheese sauce with the jack cheese. Thicken with corn stach if needed. You want it to be a creamy consistancy. In another pan soften onion and celery in butter. In the cheese sauce, add chicken chunks, diced cerery, olives, and pasta and stir. Yummy!
