        Jewels Scallop & Shrimp Fettucini

        1 pkg Italian Herb Fettucini
        One pkg Sundried Tomato Sauce
        2 Tblsp Curry powder
        2 Tblsp Olive Oil
        1-680 ml Can Spaghetti Sauce
        12 large precooked Tiger Shrimp
        12 large Scallops
        Grated Cheese


        Place Scallops in fry pan with 2 tablespoons Curry powder and Olive Oil, when almost cooked toss in shrimp, let finish slow cooking. Boil fettuchini in 2 Tblsp olive oil& water preheat Spaghetti Sauce til slightly warm, mix in Sundried Tomato sauce. When Shrimp and Scallops are completely cooked mix in with sauce. Drain Fettuchini and rinse. Mix sauce with Fettuchcini. Sprinkle grated Cheese over each serving.
        Makes approx 4-6 servings

        I was playing in the kitchen with some ingredients and came up with this receipe.It's delicious and is great served with homemade garlic bread and a nice red wine.I hope whoever tries it likes it too!!Let me know!! Thanks!!
