        Meat Loaf Roll

        1 package chopped broccoli
        2 pounds lean ground beef
        2 eggs
        3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
        1/2 cup catsup
        1/4 cup milk
        1 teaspoon salt
        1/4 teaspoon pepper
        1/4 teaspoon dried oregeno leaves
        1 package smoked sliced ham
        1 package shredded cheddar cheese
        1 package shredded american cheese

        Rinse broccoli under cold water drain thouroughly. Mix ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, catsup, milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, the pepper and oregeno. Pat ground beef mixture into app. 1/4 inch thick rectangle on piece of aluminum foil. Arrange broccoli on ground beef to within 1/2 inch of edges and press sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and american cheeses (as desired) over broccoli and press. Arrange ham over cheese and press. Roll up rectangle carefully from end to end using foil to lift. Press edges and ends of roll to seal. Spread catsup over top of loaf.

        Place on rack in shallow roasting pan. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle cheeses on top cook just until cheese begins to melt, about 1 or 2 minutes longer.
