        16 oz. can refried beans
        8 oz. can chopped chilis (optional)
        1 cup chopped tomato (optional)
        1/2 cup sour cream
        1 cup salsa
        2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

        Heat beans in a medium sauce-pan on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the chilis. Take off heat. Stir in cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Mix for 1 minute. Serve immediatly. Eat and enjoy.
        Serve on nachos or in burritos (tacos).
        Makes 6 heaping servings.

        This stuff is the bomb on chips and tacos. And to think I created it on my own. Enjoy thoroughly!!!
