Brown 4 or more (boneless or bone-in) pork chops and an onion.
Place browned pork chops and onion in a casserole dish.
Pour 1 or 2 cans of cream of celery soup over the chops and onion.
Cover with foil and put the casserole in a 325 F. oven for 2 hours or 3 hours for really tender chops (if you want to cook them longer that's ok and they just get more delicious and more tender. Just lower the temperature a little bit).
You will have the most tender pork chops and succulent gravy you have ever tasted.
