Potato Supper
Submitted By: Carmen 1-12-00Take bacon drippings and put in a 9x13 inch cake pan.Peel and slice potatoes,Layer them in the pan and fill to top.Salt and pepper.Top with Pork chops and bake for 1 hour,turn pork chops over when brown.Bake at 350-375 degrees,enjoy!!
This recipe is very simple and easy to prepare!My husband and kids love it.
