        Potato and Egg Casserole

        5-Eggs
        1-cup milk
        2lbs-frozen tater tots (Partially thawed)
        Salt and Pepper

        In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Grease a 13' x 9' pan. Pour egg mixture into pan, add tater tots by hand, trying to seperate them as much as possible. add 1 1/2 cups of teh chesse to mixture. Add remaining 1 1/2 cups of cheese to the top of the mixture. bake in a 350 degree over for 3-35 minuted or until golden brown.
        Easy recipe and kids absolutely love it!
