        2 TBSP PEPPERCORNS
        2 CLOVE GARLIC MINCED
        3 TBSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
        1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
        2 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
        2 TSP DRY MUSTARD

        RUB PEPPER AND GARLIC ONTO ROAST. PUT ROAST INTO CROCK POT. MAKE SLITS ON ROAST. COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER MEAT. COOK ON LOW 8 TO 10 HOURS, OR ON HIGH 4 TO 5 HOURS. VERY TASTY.
