Cheesey Mushroom Cups

1 Cup Chopped Onion
3 Tbl Butter
2 Egg Yolks
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (fresh)
2 Cups Chopped Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley
3/4 Cup Mozzerella Cheese
1 tsp. Oregano (and Basil if you like)
Salt and Pepper
Crescent Rolls or White Bread
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Remove from heat add parsley, egg yolks, cheese, and seasonings. Roll crescent rolls out and cut into 2" squares (if using bread: cut crusts, roll flat, baste with butter, and cut into squares). Place squares on top of mini muffin/tart pan and use small press to form a cup. Fill cup with filling and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
Great appetizer if you like to putz a little.
