        1/2 cup of potato flakes
        1/2 cup of sugar
        1 envelope of yeast
1 cup of very warm water
Put in the frig for 3 to 5 days.
To make bread you will need 6-1/2 cups of flour.Put in large bowl. In a smaller bowl put 1/2 cup oil, 1/3 cup sugar, 1&1/2 cups of very warm water, 1 cup of sourdough starter. Pour this gradually into the flour and keed until it is well mixed. Transfer to a large bowl which has been well oiled with veg oil. Turn over so the top will be well greased. Cover the bowl. Let sit overnight until doubles in size. Kneed down into three equal sizes and put in 9 by 5inch pans with have been sprayed with Pam or something like it. Let rise all day. Bake at 325% for 20 minutes

Best bread you have ever tasted. To restart the sourdough starter, add 3/4 cups sugar, 3 teaspoons of potato flakes and 1 cup of very warm water. Feed every 3 to 7 days.
