        Spinach Madeline

        2-Frozen Chopped Spinach
        1 – 6oz Roll Kraft Jalepeno Cheese
        4 tbls. Butter
        2 tbls. Flour
        2 tbls. Onion
        ½ cup Evaporated Milk
        ½ cup Spinach Juice
        ½ tsp. Black Pepper
        ¾ tsp. Celery Salt
        ¾ tsp. Garlic Powder (real or salt)
        1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
        Red Pepper/Salt to taste
        Bread Crumbs


        Cook Spinach---Strain and Save ½ cup of Juice
        Melt Butter in Saucepan on low heat---add Flour till blended---but not brown
        Add Onion---cook until soft---but not brown
        Add ½ cup of Spinach Juice and ½ cup of evaporated Milk---stir regularly---no lumps---until smooth and thick
        Add seasoning (Black pepper, Celery Salt, Garlic and Red Pepper/Salt)
        Add cheese---cut cheese in small pieces---stir until melted---combined with Spinach
        Put in Casserole Dish---Sprinkle with Bread Crumbs
        Bake in 350F till bubbly (About 30 minutes)
        Serves 4
